EMAT + Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge (2 in 1) – Ultrasonic thickness gauge for metals, works through coatings and corrosion, no couplant needed. Ideal for petrochemical, aerospace, and energy sectors. Handles up to 600°C. Bright TFT display, auto power-off.

Features:

  • Suitable for both metals and non-metals, including steel pipe walls, flat steel, rods, or other metal products—even with rust or corrosion on the surface—and non-metals like polyethylene.
  • Not affected by surface coating, allowing the thickness of the coated workpiece to be measured.
  • The workpiece surface temperature is below 600℃, depending on the transducers.
